Yediyurappa made me Union Minister: Congratulated Yatnal
MLA Basan Gowda Patil Yatnal praised former Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa saying that Yeddyurappa made me Union Minister.
As it was BS Yeddyurappa's last session, Basanagowda Patil Yatnal, who spoke in the assembly, said that Yeddyurappa joined the BJP party and stayed till the end. He said that he can't stop now, he has prepared his son. Many said that they should give up their seats to their children, while others said that they should remain as MLAs until they die.
Yeddyurappa did not make me a minister, nor did he make you a minister, said Yatnal Speaker Vishweshwar Hegde Kageri. At this time, the speaker intervened and said, Che.. Che.. Che.. Yeddyurappa made me the Education Minister and made you the Union Minister. At this time, the minister did not ask me to become the chief minister, but he raised me anyway. Yatnal praised BSY saying that Yeddyurappa's efforts built the party and he is the reason why the party is in the position it is today.
Yeddyurappa is our leader, there can be any quarrel between us. Yeddyurappa and Ananth Kumar formed the party in the state. I got an opportunity to become a minister at the center for the part of North Karnataka. Everyone was like, Hey, let's do the work. Now R Ashok, Muniratna, Sudhakar, CC Patil, Home Ministers cooperated. He said, "I don't know who will come from that side and who will go to that side in the next few days."
